This Cookie Policy explains how STARCOMM HK (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and online services (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We operate across Mainland China and the Asia–Pacific region and follow applicable laws, including China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and relevant regional requirements.

3. First-party vs. third-party cookies
